As the lead mold making and casting artist for a human chocolate art piece, I worked with the artist Nina Prader. Together we created her vision of a human body made for consumption in a performative gallery opening where the audience ate the artist. I had to handle the details of the mold making such as what kind of material to use that would be food grade, How much materials and thinners would be required, and how much time and labor would be needed to complete the mold making and casting process.
