The Peacocks Carousel consisted of six peacocks that were attached to a steel structure. The vacuum formed pieces were then fit around the wooden armature and steal pole, and heat manipulated in to an aesthetic look. Because they needed to be sturdy enough for people to ride, I then injected them with expanding foam, filled cracks, sculpted missing sections, sanded, and finally a fresh coat of paint was sprayed on them. They were then handed over to a scenic artist to be decorated with Target products. The legs were also sculpted in clay, cast in plastic, and painted gold before being attached onto the finished peacocks.
